Return Process

  Visit our 'Returns Center' within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags intact before securely packing it in the original shipping bag.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours; please hand over only the items mentioned in the request.

  Refund Processing

  After the returned item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
